Self-Talk and Calming

Today we discussed ways to stay focused during work and learning times.  We talked about how sometimes our friends can be distracting to us when we are trying to work, but we can whisper to ourselves what we are supposed to be doing to help us stay focused on doing our best and doing what is expected.

We also worked on some calming and focusing exercised on GoNoodle.  Today we worked on balancing on one foot, relieving anxiety,  and staying focused.  You can check out the videos and exercises we did at Go Noodle.

Visitor's Lunch

Tomorrow is visitor's lunch.  We eat at 11:10.  We are very excited to be able to eat lunch with our loved ones.  Please remember that when your child is done eating they are to go to the blacktop for recess.  We ask that adults do not go to recess with their child.  Thank you!
